The way to the kitchen began in his childhood, when watching his grandmother, who always tried to cook something special and delicious. His grandmother was a professional chef!

Cook career began back in 1995.

Have been working as a chef in many restaurants in Ukraine.

Cook Mexican, American, Italian, Ukrainian and Russian cuisines.

Alex worked in Moscow with many world-famous chefs.

Mirko Dzago- longtime chef of restaurant “Cheese”, Adrian Ketglas - chef from Spain with one star Michelin, chef Zhdanov Andrey – “The Garden", Vladimir Mukhin - from "White Rabbit" restaurant, which took 23 place in the ranking of The World's 50 Best Restaurants.

Our chef always takes part in the culinary competitions. Here are some of the most honorable:

Gold and silver medalist of the Moscow Piran, silver medalist of the competition "Cooking starts of the third millennium" under the auspices of WACS in Kazan.

The philosophy of chef’s kitchen is to love family, what you do and work hard from morning till night.
